The plot is excellent. I never knew what to expect next. It was difficult putting the book down. You do a good job with your use of vocabulary that paints a picture of the setting in which the plot takes place. I really have no suggestions for improvement. So excited to finally be back in the land of Mystoria. The first book grabbed my attention and the sequel is just as powerful.....engaging with twists and turns until the very end that keep you guessing. Neighbors does an awesome job of making you feel like you are in the midst of it all on this wild journey...his use of imagery makes you feel like you are right there...challenging all your senses each step of the way. Michael and Jasmine are back, and their characters are more complex, the stakes are higher, and the end is well worth the wait for the sequel. Fast paced book and characters that you could only dream up. Awesome read!
